Any sports performance depends not only by a series of specific motor abilities, even by a number of components about the taking of information and its subsequent comprehension and processing, required for the activation of an adequate motor response.

To check the improvement of reaction times and the speed of the technical act becomes important in order to establish how much the proposed training is effective to the athletes.
This simple APP, combined with 2 sensors, supplied with a specific user manual,  allows you in real time to be able to establish the reaction time  and execution of technical movements speed. 
This APP is able to emit two signals - stimulus -: acoustic and visual, delayed, compared to the confirmation by the operator, of a random time ranging between 3 and 10 seconds until the athlete subjected to the test, does not have the ability to anticipate the movement.
The sensor A placed on the person allows the calculation of the reaction rate as the difference between the beginning of the movement and the stimulus produced by the APP.
The sensor B placed on the target allows the calculation of the speed of execution, as the difference between the beginning of the movement and the arrival on the target.
The detected information can be placed in a portal that allows you to record information and to detect statistical information on the evolution and to be linked  other system users to compare the results.
